609 room hotel between 10pm and 8am.

all procedures and systems of the restaurant which had annual
sales of 3,7 M CAN$; and 54 employees. During my time at
Casa Pedro, Operating Costs were reduced by 17% and Food
and Beverage cost went from 35% to 30%.
